Ahmet Yucel
Ahmet Yucel has 35 years of global management and consultancy experience in Turkey, the USA, Holland and Saudi Arabia in various sectors such as government, aerospace/defense, automotive, IT/ERP/BPR, finance, health and management consulting. He is an expert in strategy development, reorganization and project management. He served at top level management positions in various companies, created JV’s, coordinated projects and implemented methodologies and systems. He has covered around 40 countries during his business contacts, while working at Unisys in Saudi Arabia, EDS and OEA in the USA, and Koc Holding, Hattat Holding and Turkish Electrical Authority in Turkey. Mr. Yucel taught also at universities, addressed to various international platforms and moderated sessions on various subjects. He received his BSEE degree from Middle East Technical University and MBA degree from Gazi University, MSc degree(economics) from the University of Baltimore along with CPIM and PMP certifications from APICS and PMI.
Ýlhan Ugurel
Ýlhan Ugurel is a professional economist and has over 40 years of work experience. Mr. Ugurel has wide-range experience in international economic cooperation. He has recently advised Director General of The Statistical, Economic and Social Research and Training Centre for Islamic Countries (SESRIC). He also held various professional positions at SESRIC between 1978 and 2000. Mr. Ugurel was the sole or principal author of number of academic papers, policy documents and reports published by SESRIC, and was part of the team that wrote the 1981 and 1994 the OIC Plans of Action. He served as the Editor General for many SESRIC documents, as the Chief Editor of SESRIC news bulletin Information Report and as a member of the Board of Editors of SESRIC’s Journal of Cooperation Among Islamic Countries. Mr. Ugurel also worked as a Senior Economist in Islamic Development Bank. He received his BSc. degree in economics and statistics from Middle East Technical University and M.A degree in economics from University of California, Berkeley. He also took graduate courses in Economic Theory, Econometrics and International Trade at Boston College.
Murat Yulek, Prof. Dr.
Murat Yulek, Professor of Economics, has extensive project finance and economic development experience and worked in about 15 countries during his tenure at the International Monetary Fund, the Islamic Development Bank, the World Bank and the Turkish Prime Ministry. He currently serves as managing director of PGlobal Global Advisory Services and a board member of an investment bank. Previously, he also served as the CEO of a financial leasing company. He taught at Georgetown University, and authored number of books and articles in economics and finance. He is a columnist at a well-known Turkish economics daily and is a member of the advisory board of Banking Journal, issued by the Turkish Banking Regulator. He received his Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in economics from Bilkent University, MBA degree from Yale Unversity, MSM (Management) degree from Boston University and B.Sc. degree from Bogazici University.
Omer Faruk Unal
Omer Faruk Unal is an experienced consultant and event manager. He has managed various consultancy and research projects in fields of banking, health management and foreign trade. In addition, he has an extensive experience in investment feasibility projects. He served as the general manager of one the largest architecture company in Turkey prior to joining PGlobal Global Advisory Services. Mr. Unal previously served as the former coordinator of PGlobal. Currently, Mr. Unal serves as the managing director of Yedi24. (a partner of PGlobal Global Advisory Services). He received his BSc. degree in Indusrial Engineering from Gazi University.
Furkan Unal
Furkan Unal is the general coordinator of PGlobal&Yedi24 Companies. He worked as a quality systems and human resources director at a well-known textile company (Subcontractor of Marks & Spencer) in Turkey. He took part in the study of World Bank Doing Business Team as a local consultant. He currently serves as the representative of Turkey at ICIEC (A subsidiary organ of the Organization for the Cooperation of Islamic Countries). He has an experience in project management, balanced scorecard applications and strategical management. He received his BSc. degree in Textile Engineering from Uludag University and he pursues his graduate study in MBA program at Bilgi University.
