Ahmet Yucel
Mr. Yucel has 35 years of global management and consultancy experience in Turkey, the USA, Holland and Saudi Arabia in various sectors such as government, aerospace/defense, automotive, IT/ERP/BPR, finance, health and management consulting. He is an expert in strategy development, reorganization and project management. He served at top level management positions in various companies, created JV’s, coordinated projects and implemented methodologies and systems. He has covered around 40 countries during his business contacts, while working at EDS and OEA in the USA and Koc Holding, Hattat Holding and Turkish Electrical Authority in Turkey. Mr. Yucel addressed to various international platforms and moderated sessions on various subjects. He received his BSEE, MBA and MSc (Economics) degrees along with CPIM and PMP certifications from APICS and PMI.
Ilhan Ugurel
Mr. Ugurel is a professional economist and has over 40 years of work experience. Mr. Ugurel has wide-range experience in international economic cooperation. He has recently advised Director General of The Statistical, Economic and Social Research and Training Centre for Islamic Countries (SESRIC). He also held various professional positions at SESRIC between 1978 and 2000. Mr. Ugurel was the sole or principal author of number of academic papers, policy documents and reports published by SESRIC, and was part of the team that wrote the 1981 and 1994 the OIC Plans of Action. He served as the Editor General for many SESRIC documents, as the Chief Editor of SESRIC news bulletin Information Report and as a member of the Board of Editors of SESRIC’s Journal of Cooperation Among Islamic Countries. Mr. Ugurel also worked as a Senior Economist in Islamic Development Bank. He received his BSc. degree in economics and statistics from Middle East Technical University and M.A degree in economics from University of California, Berkeley. He also took graduate courses in Economic Theory, Econometrics and International Trade at Boston College.
Murat Yulek, Ph. D.
Dr. Yulek has extensive project finance and economic development experience and worked in about 15 countries during his tenure at the International Monetary Fund, the Islamic Development Bank, the World Bank and the Turkish Prime Ministry. He currently serves as managing director of PGlobal Global Advisory Services and a board member of an investment bank. Previously, he also served as the CEO of a financial leasing company. He taught at Georgetown University, and authored number of books and articles in economics and finance. He is a columnist at a well-known Turkish economics daily and is a member of the advisory board of Banking Journal, issued by the Turkish Banking Regulator. He received his Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in economics from Bilkent University, MBA degree from Yale Unversity, MSM (Management) degree from Boston University and B.Sc. degree from Bogazici University.
Omer Faruk Unal
Mr. Unal is an experienced consultant and event manager. He has managed various consultancy and research projects in fields of banking, health management and foreign trade. In addition, he has an extensive experience in investment feasibility projects. He served as the general manager of one the largest architecture company in Turkey prior to joining PGlobal Global Advisory Services. Mr. Unal previously served as the former coordinator of PGlobal. Currently, Mr. Unal serves as the managing director of Yedi24. (a partner of PGlobal Global Advisory Services). He received his BSc. degree in Indusrial Engineering from Gazi University.
Furkan Unal
Mr.Unal is the general coordinator of PGlobal&Yedi24 Companies. He worked as a quality systems and human resources director at a well-known textile company (Subcontractor of Marks & Spencer) in Turkey. He took part in the study of World Bank Doing Business Team as a local consultant. He currently serves as the representative of Turkey at ICIEC (A subsidiary organ of the Organization for the Cooperation of Islamic Countries). He has an experience in project management, balanced scorecard applications and strategical management. He received his BSc. degree in Textile Engineering from Uludag University and he pursues his graduate study in MBA program at Bilgi University.

Mehmet Barca, Ph.D.
Mr. Barca is an expert of strategic management. A freelance consultant at various government institutions, he also is an instructor at Ankara University. He acted as an expert on many projects conducted by several NGO’s and GO’s and has publications on strategic management, management technologies and information economics. Ph. Mustafa Acar, Ph.D.
An Associate Professor of Economics, Dr Acar is involved in teaching macroeconomics, agricultural economics and applied general equilibrium analysis. He is also a GTAP lecturer at Purdue University. He provided consultancy services to TURKSTAT in the context of the USST project, on statistical adjustment of Turkish national and agricultural accounts to the EUROSTAT. He also served as aconsultant for the General Directorate of the Social Assistance and Solidarity in the context of Social Risk Mitigation Project. He had B. A. in Economic and has completed an MSc at Middle East Technical University and Ph.D in Economics at Purdue University (USA).
Fuat Oguz, Ph. D.
Fuat Oguz is currently Associate Professor of Economics at Baskent University in Turkey. Dr.Oguz is one of the leading academics in Turkey with teaching and research experience and expertise in regulatory matters in Turkey, including regulation economics, RIA and Better Regulation. He had B. A. in Economic degree from Ankara University and completed MSc at The American University (USA) and Ph.D

Recep Tayfun, Ph. D.
Dr. Recep Tayfun is an expert in the fields of communication and public relations. Currently, he is associate professor of Communication at Baskent University. During his academic carrier he authored a number of articles and books in public relations and communication. As a trainer, he gives seminars to civil servants and private sector staff in negotiation techniques and effective communications. He has a BSc. and Ph.D. degrees from Istanbul University.
Pars Sahbaz, Ph.D.
Pars Sahbaz is an assistant professor of Tourism in Gazi University. His research areas are travel and transportation, national and regional planning in tourism, where he provided consultancy services to public institutions. He also published several articles and book chapters in the fields of transportation and tourism. Has has BSc. degree from Erciyes University and completed MSc. and Ph.D. in Dokuz Eylul University.
Recai Aydin, Ph.D.
Dr. Aydin currently serves at Turkish Police Academy as an Assistant Professor. He teaches Introduction to Economics and Public Economics courses. He worked in different universities in the United States as assistant professor of economics and statistics between 2005-2009. His research interests are Applied Microeconomics, Labor Economics and Real Estate. He has published several studies in international academic journals. Currently, he works as a senior consultant in PGlobal Global Advisory and Training Services Ltd. Following his graduation, he worked in Glaxo Smith Kline as a cost accountant. Mustafa Oguzkan is a senior analyst at PGlobal. He has gathered experience in various corporate finance and economics consultancy projects, specializing in financial and economic modeling. He also published several reports in the fields of finance and marketing. Fatih Denek
Fatih Denek is a consultant at PGlobal. He has sound experience and knowledge in the field of corporate finance and he also specialized in financial modeling. Prior to PGlobal, he served as a area manager at BIM A.S. one of the largest hard discount market chains in Turkey. Shirley Lambert is a professional English editor. She has 25 years work experience as a professional executive. Between 1995-2002, she was the vice president, associate publisher and editorial director of Scarecrow Press and Scarecrow Education (divisions of Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group). During her tenure at Scarecrow Press and Scarecrow Education, she set new standards for editorial oversight and production, resulting in multiple awards from professional societies. Tolgahan Akdan, serving as a consultant at PGlobal Global Advisory Services Ltd and has been involved a number of international projects. Akdan received his B.S. in International Relations with Honours in 2008 from Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences at the Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey. He has been admitted to study for an M.S. Degree in Sociology at the same University. Dr.Fateh Chaudry, Ph.D.
Fateh has extensive experience in economic development and policy, and large infrastructure projects. Most recently, he was a chief economist and senior economic advisor to the office of the Vice-President of the World Bank. During his tenure at the World Bank and The Asian Development Bank, he covered Asian, African and European countries. He led, authored and co-authored many economic studies. Fouzul Kabir Khan, Ph.D.
Fouzul is the General Manager of IDCOL, an infrastructure finance company whose shareholders include tje World Bank. He has taught at the University of Massachussets and the National University of Singapore. His recent book, Project Finance, published by Prentice Hall, has become one of the basic books in its field. Fouzul holds a Ph.D. degree from Boston university.
